Important dates
3 March: Snow Day: dress warmly with hats & gloves.
Science projects must be handed in.
6 March: Winter break until 10 March
17 March: Science Fair
Science Fair: Students should be working on their Science projects, which are due March 3rd.
Fund-Raising: Thank-you to all who participated in selling chocolate bars. Over $1,000 was raised for the school. The next fundraiser will be selling Domino’s pizza cards around Easter time. Please hold on to your unwanted treasures while you are spring-cleaning. There will be a garage sale for the school once the warmer weather arrives.
Re-enrollment: Re-enrollment forms will be sent out March 10th. Please make sure they are returned promptly. There are a number of prospective students waiting to hear from us. We will begin contacting new students shortly after the March break to fill any available spaces.
Repeat PACEs: Students who need to repeat a PACE will be charged $10. This is what it costs us when we reorder an individual PACE. Students are given every opportunity to pass their PACEs, but they have a responsibility to review and study the PACE, especially in the higher grades
Prayer Requests: Miss. Scott is in the Catherine Booth Rehab Hospital, 4375 Montclair. She is working hard at her physiotherapy in order to get out as quickly as possible. Please pray for healing as she is not getting as much care and therapy as the surgeon ordered. I am sure Miss. Scott would appreciate a visit or call. Please call first at 514-481-0431.
After school Pick-up: If parents have made arrangements for someone else to pick up their child, we must have this in writing, preferably in the communication book. Students will not be released to anyone other than their parents without written authorization.
